A Cozy Retreat, Any Season

Gingerbread House NH is a warm, welcoming home away from home in Gilford, New Hampshire. Whether you're here to carve fresh tracks at Gunstock Mountain in the winter or spend lazy summer days on Lake Winnipesaukee, this house is built for gathering — with a crackling fireplace, a big farmhouse table, and plenty of room to spread out.

We designed this space for families and friend groups who want the comforts of home without sacrificing the sense of a real New Hampshire getaway: tall trees out every window, a deck for morning coffee, and a fire pit for evenings that run late.
